Resbond 940 has excellent adhesion to quartz, corderite, fused silica, glassware, ceramics, metals, etc and has outstanding chemical and thermal shock resitance.
Applications include bonding, sealing and insulating lightbulbs, fixtures, halogen lamps, fibre optic cables and sensors as well as encapsulating industrial heating elements and forming electrically resistant coatings for high temperature instruments. Other applications include joining heating elements to electrical terminals etc.
Resbond 940 options include; low to high thermal expansion, ultra temperature, machinable, super fast setting and electrically or thermally conductive grades. Other grades are available on request.
