Duralco 4460 is a low viscosity epoxy suitable for high temperatures, that flows easily and has high bond strength and can easily form protective coatings. Its ultra thin bond lines make the Duralco 4460 ideal for impregnating, coating and enscapsulating applications up to 315°C.
Duralco 4460 has excellent high temperature chemical, electrical and moisture resistance and forms ultra thin bond lines.
Applications include bonding, sealing, encapsulating and protecting cable end seals, thermocouples, strain gauges, critical electronics components, electric heaters, flow meters, glass lined tanks etc. Common uses are in aerospace, electronic appliance, instrumentation and equipment applications.
