The MDW 300L is features a large clear LCD screen and also has hold and tare functions. Included is a height rod that is used to measure height in inches or centimeters. Weight can be displayed in Kgs or Lbs. The platform is anti-slip for safety. The scale has wheels and a rechargable battery so as to be able to be portable which is useful in hospitals so the scale can be brought to a patient.
